Beachy Fun

Back in March, A.J. and I took a vacation (with our friends Chris and Mandi) to San Jose del Cabo (very near Cabo San Lucas).  It was my first ever lounge-on-the-beach-with-no-agenda type of vacation and it was fantastic!  We were there for about 9 days and we played in the pool, walked around town, went whale watching, snorkeled and sea kayaked, played in the ocean waves, and had a lot of fun.

Phonetic Alphabet

I saw this at the clinic I was working in on Friday – I suppose they use it for their dictations, but it was just interesting to me.  I heard most of these examples, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen them all in one place (probably because I’m not military).  Anyway – there are a few different phonetic alphabets, this is the on NATO uses:
